Here's a RL sign, pro'bly influenced by the one posted here ...  I saw that one in email a couple of weeks ago. I sent it to my brother-in-law, who sent it to his mom with the message "Don't buy Premium!"

Anyway... Gas prices

In case the caption doesn't appear...

Quote

A motorist passes a Shell gas station as another one pumps gas, Saturday, March 1, 2003 in Menlo Park, Calif., after an unidentified person put up this sign about their feeling about the raising gas prices. Regular gas sold at this station for $2.27; Plus for $2.37; Premium for $2.47. (AP Photo/Paul Sakuma)

85 cents a litre here.  Not quite an arm.  More like a hand.  ($3.21 a gallon, but that's CDN funds... more like about $1.99 US)

Okay, so I was wrong.  That *is* an arm and a leg.  Bah.

C'mon fuel cells.  Lets have a nice big breakthrough tommorrow!

The sign didn't show diesel, which is what I use, but it's comparable to costing First Born, I believe.  Do you think they'll take my neighbors?? ;)

mumble mumble Regular gas went up a lot a few weeks ago, but it's down to $1.46 here. It was $1.30ish last month.

I paid $1.63 for Premium here ... grumbling, then drove to Dallas where I saw it selling for $1.89. EEP.

It's gone down here, but I don't remember what I saw it selling for. Even tho she uses Premium (she hates regular and plus) ol blue car gets good gas milage for an almost 15 year old car with 235,000 miles on her.

Using 1 mile= 1.6 Km ... ol blue has gone over 376,000 kilometers ... gee.
