I don't think so. I can't bear the thought of ending any sort of life beyond insects and vermin. I cried for a couple of hours because I thought I had somehow murdered my pet aquatic frog that I hadn't even had for a week through incompetence in aquarium keeping.
I use these words pretty loosely. There's so much more to life than words.

Clearly, if there's one thing this thread shows, it's that, even if they're unwilling to do it professionally, many on this board are quite capable of dealing out pun-ishment.

On the Vulcan lobe, it would depend upon the circumstances (and especially thinking of thoughts inspired by Heinlein's Friday.)

On the Laughing lobe, I'm afraid of being worked to death by it.

Hmm...  guess that leaves out any future career in the entertainment industry, too.  ;)

Umm... no, I don't think so, but that's mainly because I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be a very good one. I mean, I'm not a bad shot with the rifle I'm familiar with (SA-80) and have quite a good eye for ambush positions, where to hide and all that, but I don't think I'd have the ruthless efficiency needed to just get the job done. I wouldn't say that people shouldn't be one, though. Moral assassins (if there can be such a thing) I'm not sure I completly object to.

HHAHAHHAHAHA

Well....there's a first time in history for everything...

and technically...isn't assination ..at least of political leaders..considered non grata among most countries for the same reasons real spies don't run around like James Bond shooting each other...

Nobody would ever get any actual work done...

You'd need to think hard about it. You wouldn't want it all to blow up in your face.

Well, if you're good at the job, you'd be no. 1 with a bullet. ;)
