Thursday, part three and final 
After I showed Joshie the way back to the hotel, I headed back to the dealer's floor to browse some more and maybe try and find Alex. Josh has said that large crowds drain him pretty fast but I'm the exact opposite. Granted, my feet were beginning to hurt a bit and my legs were protesting at being used more than they were used to but I love the feeling of being able to lose myself in the crowd. Residual from all my Backstreet Boys concert experiences, I suppose. I believe I headed over to whichever booth Margaret Weis was signing at and this was where I found Alex. She wanted to get a book signed and I did too as Margaret Weis is one of my favorite authors. I picked up a paperback of her Mistress of Dragons book and had her sign it for me. I plan on finishing it at some point, I had already read the first couple of chapters. 
Alex also had a present for me. She had walked by a booth that had a whole stack of 'Lost' posters promoting the new series and she'd thought of me the minute she saw them 
May I just say that both my roomies kicked ASS this year. She gave me that one and said that if she could find the booth back, she'd get another one for herself. I'm starting to get a little fuzzy here but I know that I ended up finding that booth later one in the weekend. More on that later. We decided to head back to the hotel at this point and found the rest of the gang in 541. This was the night that Laura and Nean and Jid and I decided that sushi for dinner sounded wonderful. Josh, Jessie and Alex were not as enthusiastic about this. So the four of us went for sushi at a lovely restaurant (the name escapes me, Octopus something or other). On the way there, ran into Jon and B, though he apparently missed me. It was a beautiful restaurant and we enjoyed the company. The only thing that was really not excellent about our meal was that I ordered a glass of wine with my salmon rolls and everyone else at the table got their food before me. I had to remind the waiter that I had ordered the wine and then he finally remembered to bring the salmon rolls. Jid saw them sitting on the counter right next to our table and said something like, "I bet those are your's." He was right. 
After our lovely meal and even lovlier (sp?) company, we headed back to the hotel and hung out some more in 541 (I believe). Then we headed up to the Harperchondriacs room and hilarity ensued with tribbles bouncing off Lauriena's head. I've never heard of a tribble with asthma before. They sound funny.
After that, we three roomies headed back to our room and turned in.

EDITED to add: I do have nine rolls of film that I would LOVE to show people but I have to wait and see how much money I'm gonna get in my paycheck tomorrow.
