This chilling, deliberate coverup seems somehow even more horrible than the failure itself....What's worse is that I'm not even totally surprised.

Damn, every time I try clicking on that link I get an explorer error that closes me down so I can get there...I'm going to try an google IEM

Well, so much for the great virtue of outsourcing every government service possible to private organizations!

Don't get me wrong, sometimes private organizations can do a great job on contracts for governments.  I do believe that government is the best for some public functions.
