Gallows blasphemy aside, Julia of Sisyphus Shrugged has like everything you could possibly ever want to know about Katrina's aftermath.  It's... astonishing.  Overwhelming.  Kinda funny.  But an invaluable resource if you want to know all there is to know.

Maybe you could include a subtitle so that people have some clue what you're talking about?
