You know, I was planning on just voting and otherwise ignorning this whole thread, I hate partisan bickering from either side (I voted for "He's made a lot of mistakes" if anyone feels the need to keep track), but now that there is hugging involved.... :D :hehe:

{{{{{{{{{nonny&eska&anyone else who wants a hug}}}}}}}}}}}

So anyone going to take me up on a offer of a hug? Left or right or middle, doesn't matter to me :hehe:

I could see somebody taking it as you are trying to dilute their votes to make it look less substantial.... If someone looks at the options individually and not in groups. Most people here are reasonable though.

Coulter's totally off her nut!!!!

It has been well established that the public persona she chooses to put forth is. Like any other media personality that uses "contraversy" to achieve fame she will say anything that will cause a rise out of a segment of her viewing or reading public. That is what keeps people talking about her and her fame and the money associated with that fame coming. She is along with so many others since Limbaugh the political equivalent of a "shock jock" and should be accorded the attention given to such figures when discussing serious things.

****** I agree completely.  It's odd to see her slamming Bush now (if Limbaugh jumps ship, I may even faint), but I'm wondering if it's not just a tactic to keep her act "fresh."   She's essentially a stick with a shtick...

Maybe Coulter is trying to divy up Republicans in hopes of generating a faction hopefully more palatable to the left-leaning within the party and the centrist faction in the next elections.  Or maybe separate the far left she admires.  Don't know - haven't followed her.  Whenever I read her stuff I wonder why anyone bothers.

She should take a lesson from Gore's failure in 2000.  He distanced himself from Clinton.  Those of us that actually liked Clinton looked at the other options and chose from them.
