Shaun, the link takes me to a log in page for paid subscribers so I can't see the stories.

Yep, I get the same thing. Not that I expected it to be different. I just didn't see Gad's post until after I clicked the link. ;)

That's bizarre. I've not got a paying account with them and it works fine for me.

Thanks, Shaun!
The future is better than the past. Despite the crepehangers, romanticists, and anti-intellectuals, the world steadily grows better because the human mind, applying itself to environment, makes it better. With hands...with tools...with horse sense and science and engineering.
- Robert A. Heinlein

When I don’t understand, I have an unbearable itch to know why. - RAH

Everything is theoretically impossible, until it is done. One could write a history of science in reverse by assembling the solemn pronouncements of highest authority about what could not be done and could never happen.  - RAH

That's a fascinating piece. Just when you thought most of everything has been discovered, they dig something new up.

This link has some additional info toward the bottom of the page.  Thanks for sharing, Shaun.
Do not disturb. I had a hard enough time getting turbed in the first place.
I bought some batteries, but they weren't included. So I had to buy them again.

Wow! Gotta love it when cool things are uncovered :D Thanks!
Yea, ere my hot youth pass, I speak to my people and say:
Ye shall be foolish as I; ye shall scatter, not save;
Ye shall venture your all, lest ye lose what is more than all;
Ye shall call for a miracle, taking Christ at His word.
And for this I will answer, O people, answer here and hereafter,
The Fool - Padraic Pearse

Wow.. thats great, so long ago and so well preserved. It would also be worth mentioning that I like almost anything connected with a certain Marcus Auralius and Emperor Commodus, it was one of my favourite Roman rules.

Come on archaeologists! Way to go!  :lol:  :blush:
"Ah, get born, keep warm
Short pants, romance, learn to dance
Get dressed, get blessed
Try to be a success
Please her, please him, buy gifts
Don't steal, don't lift
Twenty years of schoolin'
And they put you on the day shift..."
