Name: Tim Parker
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: Average for his height.
Eyes: Gray-green hazel
Hair: Dark brown, kept cut short
Facial hair: Generally keeps a short stubble, but won't let it grow to full beard/mustache
Scars, tattoos, visible markings: None
Mutations: No visible ones. He could almost pass for a Vault resident as he looks very much like a normal human.
He's a native-born Chitinan and has lived there all his life. He's rarely ventured out of the settlement, and then never went very far. When he showed aptitude in engineering, he was put on Elena's team and worked as a mechanic on the maintenance team. She started teaching him about what she knew about computers when he showed an interest and now, since he met Sam a few weeks ago, she's been teaching him about the Vault technology. The two became fast friends, and he learned that she wasn't like a lot of the other Vault residents, especially the hardcore ones who looked down on anyone who lived above ground, especially if their mutations were easily seen.
His mother and father are still alive and live in Chitina as well.
Note: He will be a semi-npc, but thought a brief bio was in order.

Eyes: Dark Brown
Hair: Short, roughly chopped brown.
Mutations: Hands for feet, leaper, wall walker.
Abilities: Fast, agile, dexterous with all four hands, ties very good knots and has a good aim for thrown weapons. In close combat wields a knife in his left hand and one in his the hand attached to his right foot. Prefers not to engage in close combat.
Clothing: Wrapped in rope from elbows to neck and down to his knees.
Scars: a row pink spots above and below his lips.
Personality: Shy and naive, assumes the best of most people once they've convinced him they're not going to harm him, not very talkative but listens a lot. Prefers to flee combat but won't run unless he's on his own or his companions are also fleeing. Curious about things mechanical but usually causes a malfunction if left unsupervised.
Known family: Missing, presumed dead.
Known background: Climber is so called because the only thing his former tribe found him useful for was to go to places they couldn't reach and tie ropes for others to follow him. His parents were separated from the tribe years ago when a group of ghouls attacked the tribe, he doesn't know their fate. He has a tendency to break mechanical things when he finds them. He was separated from his tribe when raiders attacked the group of scavengers he was accompanying. He doesn't want to return home because he fears the raiders are waiting for him. For the past 3 weeks he has been travelling towards the settlement he remembers nearing on a scavenging expedition several months ago.
