This looks like it's going to be a doozy of a campaign.  Larry Flynt has thrown his hat into the ring.  His first campaign event?

Read for yourself--- if you dare...

Ahh, gotta love it...

For you see, Mr. Flynt has found the Way of the Lord and all that...

Surely this is the good Lord speaking through His humble servant Larry Flynt.

Although... With the litigious nature of the denizens of the State of California...

I wonder if O'Reilly *were* to die, if the organizers could be held liable.

Remember, folks: Disclaimers are for the weak and cowardly!

Ya know, I have no problem with an occasional off-color joke or a little porn, but Flynt is just nasty.  Thank God he's running in California and not Arkansas!

Excellent - it promises to be every bit as entertaining as Jello Biafra's run for Mayor of San Francisco back in 1979.

California politics has officially turned into a freak show.  :eek2:

We have an actor who knows absolutely *nothing* about being governor dilly-dallying over whether or not to run (and the answer is - only if his wife lets him :p), and now a porno king. Oy!

Of course, another actor who knew very little about politics ran and won, so who knows?

It's so appropriately ironic that Arnie intends to announce his decision on the Tonight show. Just the place for a ..you know...serious political candidate.  :ninja:

I'm rather proud of it....  the PRC at least makes everyone else look good.  Compared to that our only problem here is passing a budget on time.

Reagan had at least been Governor before running for President. Ahnold has been around politics for many years, and been active, if not an office holder. I don't  think I would ever vote for him, as he is to far right.

All I can say is, if we've got to have a cast member from Predator as governor, why can't it be Bill Duke?   Or that latin revolutionary hottie?   Or even the Predator himself?

Well, one of them was already governor of Minnesotta so why not California?  :)

OK, maybe it's just me.  I mean, I've not read a whole bunch of men's magazines, so I can't be sure....

But the first line of that incredibly icky website refers to:

Quote

HUSLTER Magazine...

Erm...surely that's misspelled?

So, if I'm right, not only is a Porn King running but his website can't even spell the name of his magazine correctly???

Gah!  California politics!

Ummm, Kathy?

Appreciate, Dear?

Something tells me that literacy isn't exactly a requirement for the "average" man to get "enjoyment" out of such "entertainment," much less so for a "below-average" "human" like Larry Flynt.

Ooh, yeah, there we go - Richard Chavez can do it. Oh, wait, he got killed off midway - maybe you have to live to the end of the movie to be Governor. :p :p (or be intimate with a chimp, whichever comes first)

I've been wanting to pound my head against a wall since hearing about this. Please, could someone *please* take California politics seriously again? Could we *please* have someone who knows how to rescue a state (which I think is the 6th largest economy in the world) from the dire shape it's in? Not a film star/weightlifter like Ahnuld, not a porno king trying to pray for someone's death like Flynt? (Hey, Flynt, go after Michael Savage next; he's vaguely considering running in this fiasco and has spoken ill of you! Ooh!)
