So OK - I know we've had some whopper heated debates about abortion, and I have no intention of stirring up old battles between the same members, no intention of arguing the well-worn "right-wrong" back n' forth.  Zero, nadda.
My question is more specific and hopefully it will be taken as narrow in scope.  And hopefully "google it" will be assumed to have been attempted.  'Cause it 'twas.  ;)

I saw a fetal and maternal medicine physician for a consultation regarding genetic counseling and well, really getting into the weeds on risk for a 43 yr. old woman who *might* (probably won't) have a baby for the 1st time.
On the topic of chromosome testing, a slew, the key one, CVS sampling, later at 16-18 weeks- amniocentesis, would be performed.  I'm told there is a 99.9% accuracy in detecting chromosomal defects.

Question is-

What source would you trust to describe and visually present a fetus at 10-12 weeks?
And what source would you trust to describe "suction dilation and cutterage", and "prostaglandin induction and KCL (potassium chloride) / digoxin injection" procedures?

The specialist gave me his source.  Where would you go to learn?
I'm honestly, genuinely asking.
