I've really missed them so much with all of the story previously this season being set in Neverland. I'd say there's no place like home...but I know Storybrooke is not likely where the Enchanted Forest think of as Home for them
I knew almost from the start who who vaguely ominous two men in the convertible speeding toward Storybrooke were. All it took was them speaking. Michael and John Darling!! But where was Wendy? Pan's captive in the crate, of course, and the Darling men are trying to save their sister so the scary new men in town weren't really bad guys after the truth came out
Loved Hook in this one again, how apologetic he seemed for the kiss. It's kind of hard not to cheer for him and I don't think Emma is so unaffected by Hook as she'd liked to be.
Pandora's box!
Gold's sand dollar hologram for Belle!
But I think just seeing Storybrooke and all those familiar characters made this episode special for me. I know we're nowhere near done with Neverland but I miss the sights of Storybrooke. The dark jungle or forest or whatever of Neverland is getting old.
BTW when Pan said that someone was leaving Neverland (Ariel) I had to wonder if he let her and why. Unless I have that wrong I could swear that it was said no one left Neverland without Pan letting them but if I misunderstood please correct me

Or, he may have just found it more efficient to let Ariel go and then thwart the plan completely, rather than prevent it only to have them try again some other way.

Wendy Darling and her brothers appearing was a cool and welcome plot development. I can't wait to see how that, er, pans out.
I hope Ariel sticks around permanently. I've always loved that character. One weird thing, though: When she has legs, she suddenly has that weird, stringy dress-- and it looks like it's made from her fish scales.

And Pandora's Box-- that's like the Doomsday Weapon of the fantasy world. How does Rumpy plan to make use of it?

Um, no. She called out to Hook first. In case there was any doubt.
Now, Neal and Tinkerbell? That's a ship I could board.

Pan is approaching Joffrey territory.
