AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- After four turbulent months, three special legislative sessions and two Democratic walkouts, both houses of the Republican-controlled Legislature have adopted redistricting plans that could give the GOP control of Texas' congressional delegation.
Hrm. One wonders how the voters will respond next election. I admire their valiant effort (even if I disagree with their methods), but let's see how it pays of in the ballot box. It's my guess that this will be long-forgotten, but I could be wrong and probably am!
