Quote

The Legends track Commander Steel to NASA headquarters in 1970 and learn where Nate's grandfather hid the last fragment of the Spear of Destiny. They also notice a time aberration during the Apollo 13 mission and believe the Legion of Doom might be involved. As the Legends journey into space to intercept Apollo 13, the Waverider suffers massive internal damage and Ray's life is left in jeopardy when he is stranded on the moon.

Interesting, speed-force needs gravity to work (or work well). Does that mean that that on a celestial bodies with heavier gravity those who use the speed-force can move faster? How does "artificial" (i.e. Waverider) gravity affect it? I mean usually we have seen the Waverider in one of two places, IIRC: either in earth's atmosphere, or in the weird whatever-they-call-it timey-whimey place. But this episode was in outer space, outside of both earth's, and the moon's much weaker, gravity. Assuming they thought about it I guess they decided "artificial" gravity doesn't affect the speed-force, or the speedster would have gotten his speed much sooner than re-entering Earth's orbit. I don't think he would have let an opportunity like the emergency distraction everyone had, to slip by and NOT search for the spear-of-destiny.

And now I got a song that is stuck in my head :D

I'm really trying to keep interest in this show, but it's getting to the point that not even the Reverse Flash being on it can keep it interesting.

First, the Atom can shrink to the size of an actual Atom, yet they keep showing the mini Iron Man wannabe at the size of an action figure. It's beyond stupid. No wonderthe RF saw him.

Also, when Ray does recover the part of the spear...if the goal is to keep the Legion from getting it, why not just launch the piece into space itself? No finding it then. For that matter, why haven't they destroyed the part of the spear they got from Camelot? Why keep the pieces around? That's just asking for the Legion to get it.

So, they changed the history of the Apollo 13 mission. No "Houston we have a problem." none of that. And I'm sure the two astronauts will tell about the third one attacking them. Wonder how that change will affect history???
"Sometimes you get the point of the sword, sometimes the edge, sometimes the flat of the blade (even if you're the Lord of the Sword) and sometimes you're the guy wielding it. But any day without the Sword or its Lord is one that could've been better  " ~Orpheus.

The Left is inclusive, and tolerant, unless you happen to think and believe different than they do~ Lord of the Sword

Looks like the Liberal Elite of Exisle have finally managed to silence the last remaining Conservative voice on the board.
