Heya,
Due to some real life circumstances and time constraints, Appreciate is taking a leave of absence from her administrative duties at Ex Isle, for an undetermined amount of time. She's welcome to return to the admin corps at any time, of course. I've also made her promise to stick around as a member.
Until she returns, let's all thank Kath for her long arduous service.

You know, I just want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to Rov. He does so much for this site! So many things that only a few of us know because a lot of what he does is cool and careful technical work that we just can't talk about publicly. You guys, I think, might not realize how many sheer hours Rov puts into keeping us all running well, and safe, and smoothly. He also puts UP with being the place where the buck stops--and I can tell you by association that that's not an easy place to sit.
I'm not saying he's perfect (no one would believe me) but I do have to say that he's outstanding. And he's not compelling me to say this in any way

I can't lie and say that I'm happy about this. Kathy, you and Rov have done so much for this board, we owe you an enormous debt of gratitude. And your presence will be deeply, deeply missed in the SL.
